Well, it’s spring break and there are a 101 things to do! Ugh! (But hey no school.)
I am definitely feeling the need for a schedule with my eating habits!!! It’s amazing how sleeping in and running around gets you totally off your healthy eating schedule… I get caught up with a project and BAM, I realize that I haven’t eaten. Not good, because when I am running around…I get hungry and then resort to old behaviors, yikes!
However, on a positive note, I am exercising. As of yesterday, my kids and I have running shoes! I figure a little friendly competition and a push from my children will motivate me to move faster (as well as saving face!) I will let you know how that turns out!!?!?!?! Mary Beth 🙂
