The walking is going good. My legs are starting to hurt but that’s supposed to be a good thing. Hopefully I can walk a little bit longer each day to get a better benefit. I’ve also been doing the Just Dance 2 game on the WII w/ my kids and they love it and its also helping them become more active.
I’ve been eating veggies and chicken breast for lunch and its been going ok. And I’ve been taking healthy snacks to eat throughout the day.
Can’t wait for the upcoming classes which will help me even more on my journey.
